No Shame Here - Journey Towards Emotional Healing and Self-Love
by Eshe Killian
(BOOK RELEASE: AUGUST 2018)
Have you ever felt that you were not good enough despite your accomplishments and successes? Have you ever worried about people’s opinions of you? What happened to you that suggested that you were unlovable, inadequate, unworthy, unqualified…not good enough? Could it be that your negative self-image and emotional battles are rooted in SHAME?
Eshe Killian’s life was not perfect. She did not have the upbringing that most hope for. With the death of her mother at the tender age of five and the death of her father at age ten, Eshe’s life was void of emotional love and support. Struggling with insecurity, bouts of depression and anxiety for more than half of her life, Eshe began to seek God’s guidance for her healing and in the process discovered that beyond the surface of all her struggles lurked SHAME.
Going beyond a memoir, No Shame Here! is a powerful, life-changing book that unpacks shame and its confounding effect on the lives of those who have experienced childhood trauma, disappointment, loss and the consequences of decisions rooted in shame. As you journey with author Eshe Killian through her own battles and victories, you will glean spiritual truths and discover practical principles grounded in the power of the Word of God to help you overcome your struggles with shame. Journey with Eshe as she addresses the debilitating emotional shackles of shame that prevents us from living a God-ordained, secure and confident life. Learn how to address your past, redefine your present and re-envision your future, and soon you will be able to declare as Eshe does, “No Shame Here!”
